Financial Statements

Providing financial statements for our clients in a timely and accurate manner is the cornerstone of our business. We can provide financial statements on the following basis:

• Compilation Engagement
  We assist you to compile financial information under the new Canadian Standards on Related Services (CSRS) 4200. This financial information typically includes a balance sheet, income statement, and a note describing the basis of accounting. While no assurance is provided by us, this financial information is accepted by Canada Revenue Agency and some banking institutions.
• Review Engagement
  These statements are based on select third party confirmations as well as analytical procedures. They are prepared under the new Accounting Standards for Private Enterprises (ASPE) and the Canadian Standards for Review Engagements (CSRE) 2400 and accordingly limited assurance is provided by us.
